By creating an account or using the Vastrayl mobile application (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
The Service allows you to post content including photos, captions, and comments ("User Content"). You retain all rights to your User Content, but grant Vastrayl a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute such content solely for operating and providing the Service.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and confirm that you own or have the necessary rights to post such content.
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
We reserve the right to investigate violations and terminate accounts without notice if these Terms are breached.
Contests, sweepstakes, or promotions ("Contests") may be governed by separate rules. If Contest rules conflict with these Terms, the Contest rules will apply. Please also review our Privacy Policy before participating.
The Service and all original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are the exclusive property of Vastrayl and its licensors.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease.
You may terminate your account at any time using the "Delete Account" option in the app’s Settings.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. Vastrayl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law provisions
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms on this page.
